We ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order — there is no minimum and no surcharge at checkout.

HOW LONG IT TAKES. Orders arrive in 8 to 14 days. We ship directly from our supplier, which is why it is not two-day delivery, and why the price is what it is. We would rather tell you that here than surprise you after you have paid.

WHEN IT SHIPS. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You get a confirmation email when the order is placed, and a tracking number once the package is on its way.

TRACKING. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after you receive the number. That is normal and does not mean the package is lost.

IF IT DOES NOT ARRIVE. If 21 days pass with no delivery, write to us and we will refund you or send a replacement. You do not have to fight us for it.

WRONG ADDRESS. Please check your address before ordering. If a package comes back to us because the address was incorrect, we will refund the order minus the return cost, or resend it once you confirm the correct address.
